The assessment process
- Applications will be reviewed by a panel comprising the artistic directors from the three participating venues.
- The panel will produce a shortlist of 3-5 projects details of which will be posted on the RealiSE Live website in mid-May.
- The artistic directors will then contact the short-listed applicants to discuss their project plans in more detail advising the artists in how to best realise their project.
- We will ensure that each short-listed applicant has had sufficient opportunity to persuade the panel of their ideas. However, if an idea fails to convince the panel their decision will be final.
- The panel will meet in early June 2006 to review the shortlist and decide on a winner.
- Details of the successful project will be published on the RealiSE Live website in mid-June 2006.
When you will hear back from us
- All applications will be acknowledged upon receipt via email from the RealiSE Live website.
- Those applicants who are not successful will be notified by letter.
- Applicants who are to be short-listed for the grant will be notified within 3 weeks of the closing date.
Monitoring and Evaluation... The scheme will require an evaluation report to give performers and producers an idea of the success or failure at the completion of Realise Live.
The report will be made available to the public and will contain the following:
- A brief overview of what happened in the project and a review of the project's aims and outcomes.
- Evidence of project impact, including actual numbers of participants who benefited.
